Refund policy

Please contact us to cancel your order within 7 days of placing your order. 

If items are new and unopened, they can be returned for a refund! (minus shipping costs) Contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship the items back within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exception: Mystery bags, personalized, and sale items are final sale.
