HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

Orders $75+ USD can get free shipping automatically! That's equivalent to:
~ $105 Canadian Dollar
~ $115 Australian Dollar
~ €65 Euro
~ £60 British Pound

Also, orders that contain only small flat items can get free letter-mail shipping!
(stickers, air fresheners, postcards)

 

US Tariffs?

  • NO TARIFFS for US customers!
  • For any tariffed items, I will pre-pay the tariffs myself (DDP)

 

HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Usually within 1 week! 
If your order is time sensitive, please tell me so I can prioritize your order :)

I like to gift wrap orders, which can be time consuming, but I hope it makes your unboxing experience worth it! We’re a small team doing our best to pack orders as fast as we can. It may take us extra time during holidays or new merch releases.

 

HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED YET?

Please check your “order status” page. (in your order confirmation email) If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, here's some reasons why: 

  • Your order contains a pre-order item and will be shipped when the item is finished production.
  • Your order is still in queue to be gift wrapped and shipped out. Please don’t worry, we’re doing our best to dispatch it ASAP. If your order is time sensitive, please contact me below, we are happy to make accommodations :) 

 

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

  • North America: ~10 business days.
  • International: ~15 business days.
Estimates are usually accurate but some times delays can happen. Shipping may take up to 6 weeks in rare cases. Please choose tracked shipping if you want extra security. (its only a few $ extra) Please note that once I hand a package to the post office, I have no control over it anymore. But if anything goes wrong, please do contact me. I'm always happy to help where I can. 


RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us to cancel your order within 7 days of placing your order. 

If items are new and unopened, they can be returned for a refund! Contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship the items back within 30 days of delivery. (minus shipping costs) Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exception: Personalized, sale, and mystery bags items are final sale.
