ORDER PROCESSING

I like to gift wrap packages with tissue paper, which can be time consuming, but I hope the time I took can make your unboxing experience worth it!

We’re a small team doing our best to package and ship out orders as fast as we can (usually within 1 week), though it may take longer if we experience high order volumes (like during holidays or new merch releases) 

 

HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED YET?

Please check your “order status” page to see the status of your order. (Found in your order confirmation email)

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, here is why: 

  • Your order might contain a pre-order item. In this case, it will be shipped when the item is finished production. (See item description for time etimate)
  • Your order is still in queue to be gift wrapped and shipped out. Please don’t worry, we’re doing our best to dispatch it ASAP. If your order is time sensitive, please contact me, we are happy to make accommodations :) 

 

HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

Free shipping:

  • Orders $60+ USD will automatically get Free standard shipping or discount tracked shipping.
  • Orders containing ONLY sticker/postcard sets get Free letter-mail shipping. To qualify, your cart must contain 2+ sheets.

 

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

Shipping time estimates:

  • North America: ~10 business days.
  • International: ~15 business days.
Estimates are usually accurate but may vary; shipping may take up to 6 weeks in rare cases. Please note that once I hand a package to the postal service, I have no control over the actions of the postal service. For this reason, I can not send free replacements or refunds in the very rare event an untracked package is lost/delayed. Please choose tracked shipping to extra security. (its only a few $ extra) I keep photo records of all packages as proof of shipment. In the rare case anything goes wrong your order, please do contact me and I'd be happy to work something out with you!

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGE, AND CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us to cancel your order within 7 days of placing your order. We are unable to process cancellations after 7 days.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Returns and exchange details
Items may be returned for a full refund, minus shipping costs if it is returned in the same condition within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Personalized, sale, and promotion items can not be returned.
